*NOTES*
- According Phil B. Wilson of the Indianapolis Star, he expects the starting linebacker lineup to consist of Pat Angerer on the strongside, Gary Brackett in the middle, and former Colts starter Tyjuan Hagler on the weakside.
- Due to the injuries on offense, Donald Brown is expected to get the start with both Mike Hart and Joseph Addai probably out for the game. Javarris James will be his backup.
- Also due to injuries, guard Jacques McClendon is being moved to a tight end/fullback position for the game, and has been given a new jersey number (#80).
- The injured players most likely to take to the field from this week’s list are Robert Mathis, Jacob Lacey, Ryan Diem, and Austin Collie in starting roles, with Kavell Conner as the backup weakside linebacker. Dwight Freeney was given the day off to rest on Wednesday and will start against the Eagles.

the list is getting longer and longer… way too long for anybody’s liking…
This is insane. U can only push Next Man Up so far, and Next Random-Dude-Off-The-Street Up doesn’t solicit the kind of confidence required of a playoff contender. I dunno, guys… how many more injuries can they survive?
@teej813 3.7 *nods*
@Coltzilla ok… we’re down to 2.7.
on the bright side.. or hopefully on the bright side, Donald Brown explodes on to the scene with a 100 yards and a Touch down, while pat angerer gets more comfortable at SAM and does awesome!
@ABlueColt I really hope you’re right, but i’ve not been impressed. I know the O-line isn’t opening holes very well, but Brown hasn’t shown he’s better than Hart… in fact, the opposite has been true. Would love it if this is Donald’s breakout game.
I know it’s a long list, but I an actually looking at this as a favorable report. Collie possibly playing two weeks after surgery is a small miracle. Getting Kavell Conner back would be a boost as well. He played well in place of Session early this year. Powers still being limited and losing Hart and Eldridge really sucks, but they aren’t season killers.
@invisibulman I’m jazzed about Conner being back too. I thought he looked very good considering he’s a rookie. Hope Brody isn’t out long.
and we also get to see McClendon in action.. an 6th o-lineman can only mean good things for the team right? maybe we incorporate a power running game in our finesse offense… our team has a lot of versatility
@ABlueColt I’m jazzed for Jacques, but this can’t be a good sign for Eldridge. Was really hoping his injury was minor. And with Hart and Addai out? dang. (not a Brown fan)
Eldridge has a Rib injury so may miss a couple weeks but don’t see how he misses more than that. I don’t think the move of McClendon has much to do with Eldridges injury.
@teej813 Yea I hear ya.. but Eldridge’s injury might still not be really bad… colt’s probably really liked what Eldridge did as a blocker and just wanted to continue doing that in his absence.. this is probably temporary, but gives McClendon much needed experience.. and the Colts probably think he is an upgrade of Gjijon.. because Gjijon=shit
@ABlueColt Can’t argue with that, and maybe the additional blocking helps Brown put up Hart-like number (that’s kinda sad, when ya think about it).
