Former Colts Wide Receiver Roy Hall Helps High School Football Players
After a brief and frustrating NFL career in Indianapolis, former Colts receiver Roy Hall has turned his focus to helping high school football players. Hall hosted the third annual DRIVEN Foundation Football Camp at Brush High School in Ohio.
While Hall’s future in the NFL is in serious doubt — due in part to a string of injuries and setbacks that kept him from developing into an NFL-caliber receiver in his first three years out of Ohio State — it is good to see that he is using his talents and experiences to help young football players develop both on and off the field.
I have the opportunity to come back and help young people realize their dream. It’s not just about football. We talk about life and helping in the long run. I try to get them to recognize how important education is.
